James Doulgeris

James Doulgeris has served as president, CEO, and board member of companies in the healthcare industry for the past twenty-five years. This executive management experience, includes for-profit, non-profit, public and private companies in the hospital, ancillary provider, medical device and health care services sectors. Mr. Doulgeris co-founded Orthopedic Development Corporation and MinSurg Corporation, serving as its President, CEO and Director from 2003 until September of 2008, managing its TruFUSE product from design to an internationally recognized minimally invasive solution for chronic back pain. Mr. Doulgeris worked in high-level crisis and turnaround management capacities from 1991 through 2003 in a variety of industries with an emphasis on healthcare providers. In 1983, he co-founded and led National Comtel Systems, Inc. as its CEO until 1991, growing it to be the fifteenth largest hospital contract manager in the United States. Doulgeris resides in Palm Harbor, Florida, with his wife and three children.

V. Michael Santoro

V. Michael Santoro was the vice president of marketing for C-5 Biotechnologies, LLC, and has over twenty-five years of experience in the high tech industry. He has a Masters Degree from Central Connecticut State University and his undergraduate degree in History and English from the University of New Haven. Additionally, Mr. Santoro was an Adjunct Professor with the Computer Science Department of Western Connecticut State University. He is also an established nonfiction author, who co-authored his first book with his teenage daughter. The book is entitled, “Realizing the Power of Love, How a father and teenage daughter became best friends…and how you can too!” The book is written to help fathers and teenage daughters build trust and a better relationship through improving their communications and problem solving skills. Santoro has one daughter and two stepsons, and lives in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
